A person who wrote on the Sky app under a nickname The Falcons, once offered those accused of organized crime assistance in investigations conducted against them by the Montenegrin and Ukrainian prosecutors.
This Podgorica resident, as stated in his correspondence from the now decrypted phone application, said on Sky that he allegedly has contacts with the top of the Ukrainian prosecutor's office and that he can provide assistance to the head of the Kavac criminal clan.
Allegedly, he was the link to the leaders of the Skalja clan, to whom he offered assistance in Montenegrin prosecutors' offices...
"Vijesti" has received confirmation from several unofficial sources of the identity of this person, and it is clear who he is from the messages he exchanged, in which he also talks about his family.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) did not respond to "Vijesti's" questions about the correspondence of that Podgorica resident...
In April 2020, Falcone asked one of the accused in the police drug cartel if he had contact with “the other one in Ukraine.”
From their correspondence it emerges that this is the leader of the Kavač clan. Happy Switzerland.
"We have made contact with the very top of the prosecution there, they should come visit us in the next few days... You know he is under investigation there. I have some very serious people there," he writes to the accused. Vladimir Bajčeta.
The former police officer replies that he read in the newspaper that their friend was under investigation, but that he doesn't know how true that is...
"Because these journalists of ours do as their service tells them," he added.
Falcone replies that he doesn't know if it's true that the investigation in Ukraine is ongoing, so he repeats who is coming to Montenegro:
"But the top is coming here. Private contact. We'll go hang out with them, old man and I, all over the place. Let them get to know the country. Officially, a formal visit. Unofficially, a combination of some kind of private, big one"...
He receives a response from his interlocutor that he will mention it to Zvicer, so they can see, after which Falcone explains that it occurred to him because he could "have a conversation with him"...
"I'll write to him now... I'll write another one, then let you know," the former police officer sends, and asks Falcone to send him his best wishes.
"Brother, we just heard from each other. He says what they're writing in the newspapers is nonsense, because the company was opened with 30 euros and closed like that. And that there's nothing there... But brother, if you can and if you're able, see what they have for him. I'm writing this to you just so you know...", he reached Falcone that night.
"I will, my brother. When they get here. How is he? What does he say?" he asks and receives the answer that their friend (Zvicer) is fine, after which he writes again:
"Ok brother. Let him know we're thinking of him," he writes...
Zvicer is mentioned several times, especially in January 2021, when Falcone comments that he was throwing a party attended by Belgrade residents. Veljko Belivuk i Marko Miljkovic.
Falcone then states that he does not understand why the Kotor resident allowed the police to detain him with Belivuk:
"And I'm surprised he doesn't answer, even though he's here"...
"Last night, Zvicer had a party at his house. They were guarding them with long guns. The special team knew and for some reason did not react. It is interesting that he did it on the anniversary of Dedović's death, I guess. That's what I hear. Jadranka Barjak sang," he writes on January 21, 2021.

Bajčeta tells him not to comment on it and asks him if he said "the other one"...
"Yes, brother.. He says he heard that and that he will arrest them when the new director comes. He thanked them," Falkone sends.
A former police special agent recommends that the person be careful, and Falcone passes on a message from a friend, a police officer:
"Let everyone suck my dick... Now that my brother is installed in the ANB, they'll all be singing whatever they want. You fat pussies, you bums," and adds: "He sent me this"...
Bajčeta is one of those accused of cocaine smuggling, money laundering, abuse of official position...
He was arrested in March 2023 on the orders of the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
The SDT filed an indictment against him and 20 other people with the High Court, and the list of defendants also includes the head of the Kavač clan, Radoje Zvicer, the president of the Budva Municipality. Milo Bozovic, until recently Assistant Director of the Police Directorate Dejan Knezevic, a runaway cop Ljubo Milović, Mileta Ojdanić, Ivan Stamatović, Nebojša Bugarin, Petar Lazović, Milan Popović, Miloš Misurović, Marko Novaković, Ivan Nikolić, Goran Stojanović, Božidar Jabučanin, Aleksandar Keković, Tihomir Adžić, Filip Zindović (Kljajević), Dražen Milović, Ivan Mijatović...
Took the "name" of a crime fighter
With his nickname "Skaja", the Podgorica native was most likely alluding to the uncompromising fighter against organized crime - Italian prosecutor and judge Giovanni Falcone.
Falcone was born in Palermo, Sicily, and dedicated his life to exposing and suppressing the activities of the Cosa Nostra. As a leading member of the special anti-mafia unit in Palermo, together with his colleague and friend Paolo Borselli, he led key investigations that led to the famous Maxi Trial (1986 - 1992), during which more than 300 mafia members were convicted.
Falcone was killed in a brutal assassination near the town of Capači on May 23, 1992. That day, at around 18 pm, on the highway they were passing, a half-ton bomb planted in a drainpipe under the road exploded, activated by remote control.
The car carrying Falcone was blown up, while the vehicle he was in fell into a crater. Falcone, his wife and three bodyguards were killed. The Sicilian Cosa Nostra was behind the assassination.
