Several people, including foreign nationals, were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to the Police Directorate, a 39-year-old man from Serbia was arrested in Bar after refusing to undergo a drug test. He was sentenced to 60 days in prison.
The driver, FT (58) from Albania, was also arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a concentration of 2,53 g/kg. He was sentenced to 23 days in prison by a magistrate judge.
Due to the presence of alcohol in the blood in a concentration exceeding 1g/kg, OC(38) from Mexico, FC(29) from Bar, SP(51) from Podgorica and AL(47) from Albania were also deprived of their liberty. The driver UHI(20) from Turkey was arrested for failing to stop at a stop sign, fleeing from the police and refusing to be tested for the presence of psychoactive substances.
