Serbian citizen IR (38), with temporary residence in Bar, was sentenced to 60 days in prison for refusing a drug test, the Budva Minor Offences Court announced.
It is alleged that the judge on duty in Bar, Dubravka Mažić, imposed the IR sanction on Wednesday after it was determined that on the day he was stopped by the traffic patrol, he refused to submit to a drug test, and that he was driving a vehicle without a valid driver's license.
"In addition to the sentence, he was also banned from driving for four months, and as a foreign citizen, he was taken to the Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions before the decision became final," the statement said.
