The President of the Bijelo Polje Minor Offences Court, Alija Beganović, fined four Serbian citizens for driving under the influence of narcotic drugs or psychoactive substances.
The Bijelo Polje Court for Minor Offences announced that Beganović, as the duty judge in the Pljevlja court department, fined three Serbian citizens 1,2 euros and one citizen 900 euros.
It is stated that, for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the body with a concentration of one to two per mille, four citizens of Montenegro were fined 450 euros each.
