The trial of the defendants in the murder of Šćepan Roganović in Herceg Novi on February 13, 2020, continued today at the Higher Court in Podgorica, with the hearing of witnesses and the reading of written evidence.

Witness Srđan Božović from Podgorica stated before the special panel of Judge Vesna Kovačević that he knew nothing about the murder of Roganović.

He said he had a body shop and was in the business of repairing vehicles.

"I don't know anything about the murder of Roganović. Of the defendants, I know Slavko Radulović and Miloš Gvozdenović," the witness said.

The judge read his statement in the prosecution investigation in which the witness stated that Gvozdenović brought cars to his service for repair and that they had conversations about it. He talked to Radulović about the car's registration. He stated that they brought cars of the "Golf", "Skoda Fabia" brands for repair, but that he did not keep records.

"Gvozdenović brought the Mercedes van to my workshop for repairs," this witness said during the investigation.
