The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) filed an indictment against Dušan Boljević and Emil Tuzović for creating a criminal organization and the aggravated murder of Baranin Jovan Klisić.
"The subject of the indictment is, among other things, the killing of the injured party JK and the wounding of the injured party VG, with an automatic firearm, in Bar, in November 2019, out of reckless revenge and other base motives, and in connection with which event the Special State Prosecutor's Office has already filed an indictment against the accused S.Đ., for the criminal offense of aggravated murder, but also against the same accused and the accused: VL, MV, HMAG, BV, DM and Z.Đ., for the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization, attempted murder and three criminal offenses of illegal possession of weapons and explosives, which was confirmed by the Higher Court in Podgorica, entered into legal force and the main trial is underway. The filed indictment also proposes that the detention of the accused DB be extended, that the accused ET be tried in absentia, because he is not reachable by state authorities since he is in custody in a foreign country for another criminal offense against life and limb, as well as to merge the proceedings under the filed indictment with proceedings based on a confirmed indictment," the SDT announced.
Škaljarac Boljević was arrested at the end of last year on suspicion of participating in the murder of Klisić and the wounding of Velizar Gardašević.
According to the indictment, on November 2019, 15, Stefan Đukić, as an accomplice, committed the crime of aggravated murder, that is, with XNUMX shots fired from an automatic rifle, he killed Klisić and wounded Gardašević, while his wife, mother and half-brother - Danijela B. Mandić, Zorica Đ. Đurović, Vuk V. Lakićević, then Marko M. Vujadinović, Hasip B. Murić, Andrija B. Glavičanin and Bojan M. Vuksanović, are accused of creating a criminal organization.
Glavičanin and Lakićević were charged with illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances, while Đukić was also charged with the same criminal offense.
The defendants Đukić, Lakićević and Vujadinović are accused of having attempted to kill Gardašević in Bar on August 20, 2019, that is, of having committed the criminal offense of attempted murder as co-perpetrators.
Boljević was also accused of preparing the murder of judges, prosecutors and police officials
The criminal group of the accused Stefan Đukić and Emil Tuzović, of which Boljević is a member, planned to attack and beat up the High Court judge Biljana Uskoković, as well as the former Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoj Katnić and his colleague, the former Special Prosecutor Saša Čađenović.
