Cetinje resident Vladan Radoman, then Ognjen Ilić, Mladen Radulović, M. Bošković, Vuk Mićić Miranović, Boban Sjekloća and Marko Radonjić, will be held responsible for creating a criminal organization and smuggling half a ton of cocaine.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) charges these alleged members of the Cetinje cell of the Škalja clan with smuggling 509 kilograms of cocaine, which was seized on the Montenegrin ship "Budva" in May 2020, in the port of Hamburg, Germany.
"The Council of the High Court in Podgorica, by decision Kvso No. 12/25, dated June 11 this year, confirmed the indictment Kt-S No. 430/24, dated April 28 this year, which the Special State Prosecutor's Office filed against seven defendants: VR, OI, MR, MB, VMM, BS, and MR, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that VR, OI, MR, MB, and VMM committed the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization and unauthorized production, possession, and trafficking of narcotic drugs, BS and MR committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, and OI committed the criminal offense of unauthorized possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
The subject of the indictment is the unauthorized transfer for sale of 509 kg of the narcotic drug cocaine, by a criminal organization, organized in 2020 by the accused VR, whose members included the other accused and other persons, on the Montenegrin ship 'Budva', on which the drugs were discovered and seized, in the port of Hamburg, Germany, on May 2, 2020.
The subject of the indictment is also the unauthorized possession for sale and offering for sale of one kilogram of cocaine by the accused VMM, for 34.000 euros, to an unknown person, in Bar, in September 2020, as well as the possession of firearms and ammunition without an appropriate weapons document by the accused OI, in Kotor, in the building he uses, in the past year until the search and arrest," the SDT announced.
