Kilibarda informs Božović about the events in the village of Stanjevića Rupa in Spuž on the day of the murder - October 14, 2020... The SDT states that he informed this high-ranking member of the Kavač clan about all the actions taken, "namely that he deprived the injured party Hodžić Damir of his life, and that Spahić Adis was also deprived of his life after that"...
Along with text messages, he sent Božović photos from the house in Spuž, including the murdered Hodžić, as well as pictures showing Kapetan and Adis Spahić lying on the floor...

Božović asks him how he knows this, and he replies that he is talking to Mile and that they have already started interrogating him: "They are interrogating him, he is giving contacts, and then they will continue... They took those two and we shot the other one," Kilibarda reports after Spahić, who had no criminal record, was also liquidated.
"Here's the story, everyone's knocking, he's connected to everyone, Igor Vukotić was worried, here it is Ulama "He knocks, these two Turks don't answer, so he's worried," he adds.
"I f*ck them all, write to me what else they're talking about, I'm knocking here, I'm done... Tell me Soprano "(Belivuk) if you are my man, interrogate him for me," Božović says.
The man from Kavkaz insists on finding out who wanted to kill him and at what location: "Which of them did it to me and where?"

EVENTS IN THE HOUSE, SO CLEANING UP THE TRACES
Kilibarda then recounts what actually happened in the house, after Hodžić and Kapetan were lured into the trap...
"How did I shoot this guy when Soprano (Belivuk) shouted: he has a gun, grab the gun, that's why I'm now getting a cleaning job, I'm sorry we didn't catch Kasap (Hodžić) alive to butcher him, while his comrades were dead."
He explains that they previously sat down with the “guests”, when Soprano and Kratos (Marko Miljkovic) started to catch them with their bare hands...
"Without anything to catch them, I had a gun, Vojvoda had a heckler, Zemo and this other guy were with them... And they all went at it one by one and Kasap grabbed the gun down, Velja grabbed him and shouted he had a gun, and this guy jerked to pull it out, I immediately shot him three times in the head and then we both died immediately... So the agreement was that if anyone grabbed the gun, and the guards started to catch them immediately"...
In the continuation of the encrypted communication, according to the Special Prosecutor's Office, Kilibarda sent the same interlocutor two picture messages showing that the laminate flooring had been removed in the living room of the house in Spuž...
"Here we have almost cleaned everything, brother, we have lifted the man's laminate flooring and broken the bed and set it on fire... I still have to spray some more tiles with acid and clean them"...
The SDT further states that from the defendant's encrypted communications Stevan Kraljević with Kilibarda, it is unequivocally established that the two of them, Paunović Aleksandar and Darko Prelevic, buried the remains in two locations in the village of Zagreda in Danilovgrad...
Then, it says, Kraljević and Kilibarda exchanged messages, starting on October 18, 2020: "How we struggled with those Turks digging, you almost threw up twice... Dalton is pushy because he got into trouble, his relatives went crazy so he had to, and if it weren't for him, they wouldn't have taken them out, ha, ha, ha," they recount why they actually had to carry the bodies twice...
Then they repeat what a "monster" Dalton is when he agreed to bury the bodies on his plot...
"He's a fool too, imagine how much of a fool you have to be to bury them on your own plot... but when the relatives heard, they went crazy. He wanted to put them in the septic tank that had already been dug... So me and a guy threw them in the septic tank first, ha, ha, ha, ha, then he came Whole (Nebojsa Jankovic) with the Duke, so we took them out of the septic tank and dug a hole there, ha, ha, ha, ha"...
Prosecutors state that the roles of Kilibarda and Paunović are also established from their direct communication from November 18, where they refer to the day of the murder, but also to later days...
"... Exchanging messages with the following content: 'We packed them into the car, 'Scream', 'I beat the son-in-law screaming, then the captain on the head with a rifle', 'They should know that we moved the bodies from hole to hole, dug them up, buried them, the excavator was coming', 'We did it like a man, brother, without any pretense', 'F*ck your mother, without a word', 'What can they do that we can't?', 'Nothing, it's just that this team hit the mark, a united and f*cked-up disgrace', 'Everyone understands each other by sight, and they say they haven't met guys like this in three or four years', 'You can imagine when they'll praise us there at the brothers', 'And they praise us all the time at the bosses and the team'", according to the correspondence between Paunović and Kilibarda.
The beginning and the end
Damir Hodžić, a native of Škalja, and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, who had no criminal record, were killed on October 14, 2020 in Spuž.
A high-ranking member of that clan, Mile Radulović (Captain/General), was kidnapped that day and was executed after two months of monstrous abuse and extortion of information about the Skaljarci.
According to the SDT, the three of them were lured into a trap by a mercenary from Kavča, Ratko Živković, known as Zemo.
According to the Special State Prosecutor's Office, Radulović's body was burned in Lovćen.
This was done in December 2020 by Vladimir Vučković from Novalja, who took car tires and charcoal to Lovćen, and together with Miloš Radonjić prepared a bonfire on which, after the liquidation, they burned the skáljarča.
According to SDT documents, on December 21, 2020, members of the Kavac clan suffocated the skalar with an electric extension cable, and then took his body to Lovćen and burned it on a pyre.
The SDT identifies Petar Đurović and Radonjić, who is on the run, as the direct perpetrators of the murder, and claims that Miloš Radonjić and Vladimir Vučković burned his body. Slobodan Kašćelan was advised by Cetinje resident Nenad Neno Kaluđerović to burn the body at the stake.
