The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, after questioning BK, a citizen of the Republic of Albania, in his capacity as a suspect, issued an order to conduct an investigation with a proposal to order detention for the criminal offense of attempted murder.
This was announced by the Podgorica State Prosecutor's Office, explaining that the defendant BK is charged with having stabbed his compatriot BB in the chest area on July 5th in the municipality of Tuzi, after a brief verbal argument.
"In the further course of the proceedings, all necessary measures and actions prescribed by law will be taken in order to reach a decision in the case," the prosecutor's office announced.
