At the proposal of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, RN was ordered to be detained due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of domestic violence or violence in the family community.
As announced by the Nikšić District Prosecutor's Office, detention was ordered due to the risk that RN might repeat the criminal offense.
RN is suspected of causing serious bodily harm to his wife on July 4th in Plužine.
