The same person, through that protected phone application, asked him in return to deceive one of his colleagues, but also recounted what was written in the report in which he was mentioned.
The house on the former "farm" of the Correctional Institution, where the convict was serving his sentence, was supposed to be searched at the end of July 2020 because someone reported that GB owned a phone with crypto protection, but also that he and the Jelićs were smuggling mobile phones...
From the phone, where he was changing Sky nicks in Goksi, Djokovic, Novak Đoković...he corresponded with the police officers Nebojma Bulgarian, Ljubo Milović, Miloš Mišurović, several convicted criminals, but also a user of that once protected application who wrote hidden behind a pseudonym Audi and who was saving him from the search...
The Special State Prosecutor's Office did not respond to "Vijesti's" questions about whether they had identified the user of that Skype pin, and if not, how was that possible, given that it is clear from his communication that he is a GB from Podgorica who even sends a photo of himself from prison...
"You won't be searched, everything's fine, but you have to do something mandatory tomorrow. That's what I Goran learned tonight," the convict received on the evening of July 21, 2020.
From the Novak Djokovic warrant, the convict replied that the prison guards that day "were on the wire where they had previously intervened"...
He explains that they checked the fence for at least half an hour, but that nothing has been thrown through there for a year...
"Maybe someone saw that the wire was broken and ran to the director," the convict writes that night.
He gets a response from Audi that someone screwed them over and that there is an official record of it...
GB then replies that he will do whatever they ask of him, and even receives instructions on how to "appease" an officer of the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, in order to deceive him...
"To seek and to enter tomorrow at Raša Radonjića and to tell him, from all sides, to trick him into saying, 'You can come to my place, Rašo, for a search every week. Feel free to come in for a search whenever you want. Feel free, we're clean and we're okay'. You have to do that, so they can see that you're not afraid of a search," the instructions given to the convict read.
After he replies that he will go to the prison officer in the morning, under the pretext of getting permission to go to the dentist, he also writes that he will "pass on" what the interlocutor is teaching him...
"Absolutely, but a few times," Audi sends him, and GB explains that he will do it doctor-like...
"I spoke to Darko, a note was written and you and the Jelićs were mentioned. Brother, a friend mentioned you," he tells the convict, who replies:
"Bro, we don't smuggle phones. I would tell you and I would say - rip me off, I did this and that."
The person he is talking to then writes to him that he is talking to him for nothing, because he is protecting him.
"You're talking nonsense to me, I'm protecting you. Do it as we agreed, me and Marash. I repeat 'Rašo, come in when you want and as much as you want, feel free'. Brother, we'll talk sometime when the time comes, now is not the time. You are in no danger, none. Tell Rašo what I'm telling you. Damir will start on the runway soon. I was at Goran's house last night, everything was agreed, you are classically set up and that's it. That's it, take care of yourself for a few more days"...
The prisoner repeats that he will do everything as his interlocutor taught him, then repeats that they do not sell phones and says: "If I don't tell you something as it is, I would be the biggest scumbag walking this earth"...
"I'll do it slowly and carefully tomorrow," he writes, asking if he should be careful of "someone on this side."
After an affirmative answer, the convict asks again: "Where am I on this side...?" and receives the answer: "No, brother, from the KPD. From the circle"...
"Brother, I read the statement. You and the Jelićs," the interlocutor repeats to the Podgorica resident, and the prisoner states that it is better for him not to know what is written in the statement...
"But please remember, and tell me sometime if you can, when I get out," he adds...
Audi then sends: "You better trust me. Much better. Rest your brain. You're not in danger, I'm working for you... Enjoy yourself outside. I took a picture of the statement... Be careful, be clean. And tell Raša to come in... They wanted to send the police for a search at 4 am, but it's OK. According to the statement, it says. Everything's OK, do this, take care. The rest is my concern. Take care, Jelićeeeeeeeeee. Bye," the convict received that night.
He explains that his tooth hurts, that he went to the prison dentist who couldn't fix it and that he suggested he get the problem fixed at a private clinic, but that they can't take him because they don't have an escort...
Then he explains that this is a good reason for him to "go to Raš", asking for a job offer, but also a way to transfer Damir more easily...
During a conversation with the police officers, to whom he forwarded the correspondence, he specified that it was about Damir Mandic.
Mandić is the only person convicted in the investigation into the murder of 'Dan' editor Duško Jovanović, and he was charged with complicity in that crime, which has not been solved even 21 years after the murder of the journalist and former member of the Parliament of Montenegro...
