The Kotor Prosecutor's Office has proposed detention for Budva resident Jovo Mitrović for attacking the Mayor of the Municipality, Nikola Jovanović.

This was unofficially confirmed to "Vijesti" after the Budva police brought the Mitrović brothers in for questioning with the Basic State Prosecutor Žarko Pajković this morning, along with a criminal complaint.

The prosecution proposed restraining orders for the other two brothers, Vidak and Milorad Mitrović, who were also brought in for questioning.

"Vijesti" announced yesterday that Jovo Mitrović is accused of hitting Jovanović in a bar next to the city swimming pool.

The other two brothers did not physically attack the first man from Budva, who is in the Kličko Center of Montenegro, where he was diagnosed with serious injuries - a broken cheekbone.

The three brothers will be brought before investigative judge Špiro Pavićević today.
