The High Court in Podgorica postponed today, to August 6, the hearing for the review of the indictment filed against the defendants for the murder of Petar Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković, on November 6, 2024. At that time, masked attackers fired more than 30 bullets from automatic weapons into the vehicle they were in.
The presiding judge of the special chamber is Zoran Radović. At the beginning of the hearing, he pointed out several letters sent by the defense attorneys, requesting another postponement. In the letters, they stated that they did not have the complete case files.
The prosecution suspects Vuk Lalatović (25) from Nikšić and Artur Stojanović Cimerman (28) from Belgrade, who are being sought by the police, as the direct perpetrators. In addition to Lalatović and Cimerman, who was previously called Nikola, the police are also looking for Lazar Lazić (31) from Belgrade.
Arrested for the double murder were Sava Kaluđerović (21), Aleksandar Dacić (23), Miljan Marijanović (23), Nikoleta Uskoković (20) and a Danish citizen residing in Andrijevica, Tomi Ra Frost (41), formerly known as Tomica Rajović.
The Higher State Prosecutor's Office (VDT) has filed an indictment against eight people suspected of the murder of Petar Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković, which occurred on November 6 in Podgorica, on the Cetinje-Nikšić roundabout. The VDT in Podgorica previously announced that the indictment was filed after an investigation.
As they stated, an indictment was filed against VL, ASC and LL for the criminal offenses of aggravated murder and illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
"An indictment has been filed against SK, AD, MM, NU, and TF for the criminal offenses of aggravated murder by aiding and abetting and unlawful possession and carrying of weapons and explosives by aiding," the statement said earlier.
