A German citizen of Albanian origin, EP (48), has been fined 1.500 euros for disrespecting a police officer. This, as "Vijesti" unofficially learns, was the decision of the judge of the Budva Minor Offences Court - Ulcinj Department, Anka Rašović.
As "Vijesti" was told, a police officer stopped the defendant last night, half an hour before midnight, to identify him. He refused to give his ID card and in Albanian he belittled the police officer E. Lj., saying to him "I will break all this, you... family, what I have planned, I will do", thus committing a violation under the Law on Public Order and Peace.
