After a hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, a detention order of up to 72 hours was issued for VG, a resident of Danilovgrad, suspected of committing the criminal offense of domestic violence or family violence.
"On August 05, 2025, in the family home in DG, after an argument, the suspect hit his common-law wife AK with a clenched fist, in the presence of their minor child, causing her serious bodily injuries," said the Prosecutor's Office, headed by Prosecutor Duško Milanović.
