Ulcinj police this morning arrested seven young men - citizens of Albania, Serbia and Germany - who participated in a violent fight that took place an hour and a half after midnight in front of a bar on Mala Plaža in that coastal town.
As unofficially confirmed to "Vijesti", they were arrested by the police at around 5.30:XNUMX a.m., when they were taken to the police station, and after the prosecutor declared that there were no elements of a criminal offense, misdemeanor charges were filed against them for disturbing public order.
At around 14 p.m., the young men were brought before the judge of the Budva Misdemeanor Court - Ulcinj Department, Anka Rašović, with misdemeanor charges, who, in an urgent procedure, imposed fines totaling 3.700 euros on them, which were immediately collected.
As reported to "Vijesti", the young men clashed, punching each other several times in the head and body, but no serious physical injuries were caused.
After being questioned in court, fines of 700 euros were imposed on EX (19) from Germany, Serbian citizen BK (21) residing in Germany, and German citizen EX (27) residing in Switzerland.
Fines of 400 euros each were imposed on Albanian citizen MK (24), Albanian citizen residing in Germany EN (29), Albanian citizen residing in Germany FN (19) and Albanian citizen residing in the USA KN (24).
They are charged with committing a violation of the Public Order and Peace Act.
