"Regarding the traffic accident to which your questions refer, a case was opened at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, the prosecutor on duty, together with officers from the Police Directorate and a traffic expert, conducted an on-site investigation, and the suspect DD was questioned, who was ordered to temporarily confiscate his travel documents. During the investigation, witnesses were questioned and all necessary evidence will be obtained, after which a decision will be made," the Nikšić State Prosecutor's Office told "Vijesti".
