Ulcinj police have filed criminal charges against Serbian citizens MJ (22) and French citizen LJ (21) on suspicion of physically assaulting a Swiss citizen on a boulevard in that city.
The Swiss man, aged 40, suffered serious physical injuries as a result of the attack, including a fractured jaw, and after receiving medical attention, he was transported for further medical treatment to the KCCG in Podgorica.
"Through operational work in the field, and other criminal measures and actions taken, the vehicle was identified and the suspects were located, MJ (22), a citizen of the Republic of Serbia, and LJ (21), a citizen of France. After collecting information, at the prosecutor's order, criminal charges were filed against MJ and LJ in regular proceedings on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm," the police announced.
