NT (45) from Nikšić was sentenced to 25 days in prison.
This, as "Vijesti" unofficially learned, is the decision of the President of the Minor Offences Court in Budva, Judge Marko Đukanović, to whom the Budva police brought the defendant this morning with a minor offence report.
As "Vijesti" was told, a man from Nikšić was stopped by a traffic patrol on the city bypass while he was riding his motorcycle around four o'clock this morning.
When he was ordered to be tested for the presence of psychoactive substances, he refused, for which he committed a violation under the Road Traffic Safety Act.
Judge Đukanović also imposed a four-month driving ban.
Incidentally, a man from Nikšić was recently fined 1.500 euros for a serious traffic violation.
