Senior State Prosecutor Danka Ivanović Đerić ordered a 72-year-old SB from a Montenegrin municipality to be detained for up to XNUMX hours on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unlawful sexual activity against a minor.
SB was arrested by police two days ago after the girl complained to her mother that the suspect had assaulted her at his house, where he had invited her for a drink, TV Vijesti has learned.
The suspect denied committing the crime, but did not dispute that he hugged and kissed the girl, claiming that he did not do it to satisfy his sexual urge, but rather did it as he would do to any child.
Since he told her that he would come to see him again and asked her not to tell anyone about it, the prosecutor concludes that there is a justified fear that SB, if released, could repeat the crime or commit a similar one. Đerić Ivanović issued an order to conduct an investigation and proposed to the High Court to order his detention for up to 30 days.
