Slate Miljan Marjanović, a month before the crime in which the people of Cetinje were killed Žarko Pejaković i Petar Lipovina, he introduced himself to the real estate agent as a civil engineer from Bijelo Polje, who was moving to Podgorica for work and was looking for an apartment. A day later, with Nikoleta Uskoković He came to Zabjelo, to Iva Vizina Street, to look at the property together, introducing her as an emotional partner and a beautician from Bar who would be staying with him in a rented apartment.
Their actual role was completely different - securing an apartment in Podgorica intended for hiding and preparing the murders of Pejaković and Lipovina.
Prosecutorial files, which "Vijesti" has access to, show that the apartment, which they rented on October 4, 2024, was a key logistics center for members of the clan, accused of preparing the liquidations.
The crime was committed on November 6, 2024, when Pejaković and Lipovina were killed practically at the entrance to Podgorica, from the direction of Cetinje, while they were driving in a BMW. They were shot twice with automatic weapons.
Investigators say the executioners were escaped members of the Skaljar clan, a native of Nikšić. Vuk Lalatović i Artur Cimerman from Belgrade.
In addition to Lalatović and Zimerman, the police are also looking for Lazar Lazić (31) from Belgrade.
Marjanović, Nikoleta Uskoković, Aleksandar Dacić i Tommy Ra Frost (41), which was previously called Tomica Rajovic i Sava Kaluđerović, are charged with having become members of a criminal association on an unspecified date last year whose aim is to commit the criminal offense of aggravated murder...
ENGINEER AND BEAUTY STUDENT
In the first days after the crime, investigators found a "shack" apartment that was used by members of the Skalja crime clan during the preparations for the double murder.
It was also determined that on October 3, Marjanović called a real estate agency via Viber that deals with long-term apartment rentals, as well as sales.
"Marjanović inquired whether he could view the apartment, and informed the agent that he intended to rent it for a period of one year... because he was moving from BP to P., where he was starting to work as a civil engineer. They agreed to meet the next day in order to set the exact date for tomorrow, October 4, 10, when M. would come to view the apartment," the prosecution's files state.
It was explained that Marjanović called the agency again the next day, around 14 pm, when they agreed to meet in front of the building. He arrived about forty minutes later with a short woman, about twenty years old, with long dark hair and fair skin.
"M. told the agent that he should start working in P. as a civil engineer, and when she asked where he should start working, he replied that it was not entirely certain," the agent's statement is quoted in the files.
The girl introduced herself to the real estate agent as Nikoleta, said she was from Bar, that she was a beautician, and that she would continue to work in Podgorica.
From the testimony of the witness - agent, it follows that after viewing the apartment, Marjanović asked Nikoleta Uskoković if she liked it, and they decided to rent it.
They explained that they needed the keys as soon as possible, stating that they had to move to Podgorica - he from Bijelo Polje, and she from Bar. The keys to the apartment were given to them on the same day, after Marjanović handed over his passport and 900 euros:
"For the first rent and deposit..."
Marjanović and Nikoleta Uskoković told the agent that only the two of them would be staying in the apartment they were renting...
"They both told her that only the two of them would live there," the agent's statement in the case files reads.
She also told investigators that on that day she obliged Marjanović to provide his ID card in order to sign the contract, but that he only did so on October 21, when he sent her a photo of his ID card via Viber.
"Based on the same, she drew up a lease agreement for that apartment, and entered data relating to MM as the tenant. This agreement was not signed by M. and TJ, although the agreement was formally implemented, because whenever M. called her after the above, he told her that he did not have time to come and sign the agreement and that he would come as soon as he had free time...".
Prosecutors state in the case file that Marjanović and Uskoković, in agreement with Dacić, presented themselves as emotional partners when renting the apartment. They also explain that Dacić lent them a Polo that they used to drive to Zabjelo...
"Where, according to a previous agreement with the defendant D., they falsely presented themselves to a real estate agency representative as an emotional couple who intended to live in that apartment, and paid rent for it," the files state.
The apartment was then, it is explained, given to other members of that criminal association for residence, with the aim of hiding them and hiding the means to commit the crime to the detriment of Lipovina and Pejaković...
PERMANENTLY RESIDENT IN A “SHUTTLE” APARTMENT
Investigators say that Uskoković stayed in the apartment with other members of the clan the entire time, and that Dacić brought them necessities:
"And handed them over in front of the building in question to the defendant U., who was staying in that apartment the whole time, whereby the defendants together enabled them to remain unnoticed and prepare for the commission of the specified criminal offenses without hindrance, and thus together created conditions and removed obstacles for them to commit the criminal offenses of aggravated murder under Article 144, points 3 and 8 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro and the illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives under Article 403, paragraph 4 in connection with paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, and promised in advance to conceal the specified criminal offenses, perpetrators, means used to commit the criminal offenses and traces of the criminal offense...".
Prosecutors claim that the murderers left the apartment at around 6 p.m. on November 15th, that Lazić drove them to 8 March Street, where they changed into a Megane, drove to the roundabout at the exit from Podgorica, and waited for the victims to arrive:
"They were driving a BMW vehicle with license plate CT-BB271, from direction C., when they got out of the marked vehicle and fired at least 38 projectiles from two automatic rifles... several of which hit the injured, who died on the spot due to their injuries."
The documents state that they then fled to Mareza, where they set fire to the Megane and transferred to a Polo, which Dacić drove them to an unknown location:
"And so he allowed them to remain undetected, and then he himself went on the run."
It was explained that Frost financed the clan members' stay in a rented apartment.
Forty-two-year-old Lipovina and twenty-six-year-old Pejaković were killed at the entrance to Podgorica, after the attackers fired a volley at their BMW.
Armed men wearing phantoms waited for their targets shortly after 15:6 p.m. on November XNUMX, not far from the roundabout and the intersection of the Podgorica-Cetinje-Nikšić main roads and opened fire.
They then got into a stolen Renault, drove to Mareza, where they set the car on fire. They then changed vehicles and got into a black Polo.
According to police information, Lipovina was a high-ranking member of the Cetinje branch of the Kavača criminal group. According to the same source, the other victim, Pejaković, also belonged to that clan.
The first left the Spuž Remand Prison at the end of 2023, and the second about fifteen days before he was killed, because no first-instance verdicts were issued in organized crime cases within the legal three-year period.
Surveillance cameras recorded the contacts
Surveillance cameras, which were examined by inspectors, recorded all contacts between the defendants in the murder of Pejaković and Lipovina.
The footage shows that on October 4th of last year, Marjanović and Nikoleta Uskoković came to Iva Vizina Street, looked at the apartment and "half-carried away" after about twenty minutes.
However, she returned on foot the same day, and the next day, at 13:19 p.m., the cameras recorded Lalatović coming to the same apartment.
That same night, the footage shows, Dacić brought them food and groceries at 18.50:XNUMX p.m., which Uskoković took in front of the building.
The two of them were also filmed outside the building the next day, when Baranka handed over an item to Dacić. That day, cameras also recorded Lalatović leaving the apartment at 15.17:19 p.m. and returning two hours later. Around 7 p.m., he was seen with someone outside the building, and on October XNUMX, Lazić entered the building.
"On which occasion the person had a beard, while on the same day at 19,07:XNUMX p.m. L. left the apartment, but without a beard, and after a few minutes returned to the building, heading towards the first floor, carrying groceries in his hands."
Twenty minutes before 21 p.m., Zimmerman also entered the building that night.
"The next day, October 8, 10, at 2024:11,55 a.m., MM is seen entering the entrance carrying a broom and household cleaning supplies and heading towards the first floor... M. leaves the building after a few minutes, and on the same day at 13,42:XNUMX p.m., MM returns to the building and heads towards the first floor carrying a bag of groceries, and after a few minutes leaves the building..."
In the following days, Lazić and Cimerman were observed coming and going - taking out bags of waste and bringing in bags of groceries.
Two days before the murder, Marjanović walked to the building, and stayed in the apartment for only two minutes.
A day later, Zimerman and Lazić left about ten minutes before 15 p.m., followed by Lalatović, after which Lazić drove a Mercedes into which the other two got in.
They repeated the same thing the next day, when Lazić drove the killers to 8. marta street, from where they drove to the roundabout in a "megano" and committed a double murder...
