A fugitive cop Ljubo Milović He once asked the leader of the Kavač clan if he could approach the director of the Serbian Security Information Agency (BIA). Bratislava Gašić, but he Radoje Switzerland replied that they hadn't even tried.
They have been communicating on Sky for several days, emphasizing the political situation in Montenegro and Serbia after the parliamentary elections in both countries - speculating about personnel in the security sector and trying to assess whether and through whom they can establish influence in those state structures.
Elections in Montenegro were held on the penultimate day of August, and in Serbia on June 21 of the same year, 2020. Thirty-year regime Milo Đukanović (DPS) then fell, while SNS Aleksandar Vučić won a convincing majority in a neighboring country, after the opposition boycotted the vote for the national assembly there...
Milović and Zvicer also corresponded on October 17, 2020, ten days before the official formation of the Serbian Government, when the then active employee of the Police Administration informed him that he had spoken with one of the candidates for the head of the Montenegrin police. Zoran Brđanin.
He explains to his interlocutor that he told his colleague everything about the Vukotić brothers - the leaders of the Škaljari criminal clan - and invited him to choose a side.
"I was with Brđa at my place before... I told him about you... and that if he comes (to head the police) he has to decide who to lend a hand to. Like every service in the region does," he says.
Then they move on to the Serbian political scene, predict who will "belong" to the local secret service, and conclude that the former director of the BIA, Gašić, has the best chance, but also Zlatibor Lončar.
"Yes, Gašić, and for the defense (Aleksandar) Vulin"...
"Can I talk to Gašić?" asks Milović.
"We didn't even try anything," Zvicer replies.
The leader of the Kavčani then states that "Stojke is a scoundrel", from whom nothing is possible.
According to available security and journalistic data, this nickname is most often associated with Stojan Stojković, a Kruševac cadre close to SNS structures and potentially connected to intelligence and police networks.
"Lončar is also mentioned. For the BIA," the now accused police officer adds.
Zvicer continues: "That is the worst country"...
Have you watched Dhaka?
The conversation continues at the end of November, when Milović asks Zvicer if he watched the interview. Miodrag Dake Davidović "at that one" Perica Đakovića...
"Accuse Vučić of the assassination, and Gašić," Milović recounts the television show.
This Nikšić resident was wounded on December 10, 2019, in the lobby of the Belgrade Crown Plaza Hotel, while he was in the company of the then Bishop of Nikšić-Budimlja, Joanikije.
According to reports at the time, the attacker fired a bullet from a sniper rifle and hit Davidović in the arm. His life was not in danger.
The police officer who is now on the run continues to explain to Zvicer everything that Davidović said on the show: "They say they didn't turn around, he solved everything with his connections... The car, he says, was bought in Kraljevo, transported across Jarinje to be converted into a sniper rifle and returned to Serbia"...
"I didn't watch it, although Vučić and Milo are great," says Zvicer.
The jackal warns of danger
Milović then mentions a colleague from the Serbian police, inspector Danijela Jovanović, who, according to Sky, collaborated intensively with that clan and wrote on the protected application under a pseudonym Jackal.
The local policeman, following this information, warns Zvicer to report it as soon as possible. Great Belivuk i Marko Miljković to take shelter somewhere, because they are being targeted by the Serbian police.
"I just talked to the Jackal, he's in the car, so he can't knock. If they were watching the stadium, they would have picked them up," he explains, alluding to those Partizan fans.
"Let them get out of the way, because if they pick them up, they won't let them go anytime soon, they'll be loaded with that scum," he says on December 4, 2020.
The Kotor resident, however, claims that the police have no evidence against them, but Milović reveals the alleged "secret plan" of the local security services...
"A million percent, I know. (Filip) is from their ranks." Korac with Andrej on the line and that is their priority"...
"Without evidence, they can't do anything, they were ranting about Korac, he was still a witness and nothing... There's nothing to it, brother, everything he said so far, he was lying, but don't tell him anything," says Zvicer.
Velja Nevolja and Marko Mesar were arrested at Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport two months later - on February 4, 2021, after they arrived from Montenegro, where they were Zvicer's guests.
They are accused of forming and leading a criminal group that operated within the "Kavački clan", which used the premises of FK Partizan as a base...
