Bar: Boy brutally beaten and left on the asphalt, two juvenile attackers identified

Police have identified two minors from Bar for attacking a peer in that city.

According to unofficial information from "Vijesti", the attacked boy is out of danger, although he was diagnosed with a concussion.

The director of the Bar Hospital, Igor Karišik, said that the boy is not being treated in any department of the institution, which means that after being examined by a doctor and having a scan performed, he was sent home.

According to the same information, the suspects are 13 and 15 years old, and the decision of the competent prosecutor's office is awaited.

"Vijesti" is in possession of a video of the fight from Thursday, but will not publish it due to the brutality of these children and to protect the identity of the victim.

The video shows a boy standing surrounded by three other minors, talking briefly, after which one of them brutally punches him in the head, then continues to punch him.

Shortly after, both boys fall to the asphalt. While the attacked boy tries to defend himself, the other attacker kicks him in the head.

All of this is filmed by a fourth boy, and after the attacked boy remains lying motionless on the ground, the others move away.

According to the editorial team, the boys are from two elementary schools in Bar - "Blažo Jokov Orlandić" Elementary School and "Anto Đedović" Elementary School.

The incident occurred, according to sources for "Vijesti", outside the schoolyard, but in the immediate vicinity of the "Blažo Jokov Orlandić" Elementary School, while classes were in session.

The students who participated in the incident were recorded as absent, "Vijesti" was told by one of the schools.

Both schools told the editorial staff that they had spoken to the parents, that they had done everything they could at this point, and that they had handed the case over to the competent state authorities.

They also claim that violent boys have long been recognized as problematic.

The Police Directorate officially announced that yesterday at around 9.15:XNUMX a.m., their officers in Bar were informed that a physical conflict had occurred between several minors on Mila Boškovića Street in Bar.

"The police immediately, without delay, went to the scene where a 13-year-old child was found with injuries. He was provided with medical assistance at the General Hospital in Bar, where he was diagnosed with minor physical injuries. Police officers undertook a series of intensive operational activities within their jurisdiction in order to determine all the facts and circumstances of the event and identified the persons who participated in the physical conflict - two minors aged 15 and 13 on the one hand and an injured 13-year-old on the other. Information on the circumstances of this event was collected from several people and the entire case files were submitted to the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bar for assessment and opinion, which will, after reviewing the incident, issue a statement on the qualification of the event," the police announced.
