He used a fake ID card at a notary in Bijelo Polje.

The Bijelo Polje police, in coordination with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in that city, filed a criminal complaint against a Serbian citizen from BD (31) on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of forging a document.

"The suspect in the aforementioned criminal offense is BD (31) from Kraljevo, who during 2025 made a fake ID card in another name, and then on May 5th used it at a notary office in Bijelo Polje in order, without the presence of the principal, to make a power of attorney for himself and another person - a foreign citizen, so that in the name and on behalf of the principal they could make and conclude a preliminary contract for the purchase and sale of real estate with the competent authority in Kosovo," the Police Directorate announced.

The prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje qualified the offense and ordered the filing of criminal charges.
