Fined 1.700 euros for driving under the influence of cocaine

The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Danilovgrad Department, fined 1.700 M.Š for a violation of the Law on Road Traffic Safety.

As announced, on September 21, he was driving in a part of the Danilovgrad municipality under the influence of psychoactive substances in his body, cocaine and marijuana, which was determined by appropriate testing by authorized police officers.

"With the same decision, the defendant was given three penalty points and a protective measure - a ban on driving a 'B' category motor vehicle for a period of four months, all in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Act, and the provisions of the Misdemeanors Act regarding the determination of the type and amount of the penalty, and according to previously determined mitigating and aggravating circumstances on the defendant's side," the Misdemeanor Court announced.
