RB from Bjelopolje is suspected of cutting down more than six cubic meters of oak forest on September 14th without the necessary documentation.
As announced by the Police Directorate, a criminal complaint against the environment has been filed against him at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje.
"The Police Directorate continues with intensive activities in the fight against environmental crime as one of the national priorities, as well as activities to prevent illegal logging and find and prosecute the perpetrators of these crimes, with the aim of preserving the natural resources of Montenegro," the police announced.
