The Nikšić branch of the Minor Offences Court in Podgorica sentenced V.Ć. to 15 days in prison for driving with more than two per mille of alcohol in his blood.
This was told to "Vijesti" by the spokesperson for the Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Judge Ana Bokan.
V.Ć. was also given three penalty points, and was banned from driving a "B" category motor vehicle for four months.
"The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Nikšić Department, sentenced V.Ć to 15 days in prison for committing a misdemeanor under Article 317a, paragraph 1, item 3, in connection with Article 182 of the Law on Road Traffic Safety, namely because on September 28, 2025, he participated in public traffic in a part of the municipality of Nikšić, under the influence of alcohol in the body at a concentration of 2,27 g/kg, which was determined by appropriate testing. By the same decision, the defendant was given 3 penalty points and a protective measure - a ban on driving a "B" category motor vehicle for 4 months, all in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Safety, and the provisions of the Law on Minor Offences regarding the type and amount of punishment, and according to the previously established mitigating and aggravating circumstances on the part of the defendant," Ana Bokan told "Vijesti".
