Bjelopolje resident SD (22) was sentenced to 30 days in prison for driving under the influence of marijuana, the Budva Misdemeanor Court announced.
It is stated that SD, who resides in Budva, was tried today in an emergency procedure for driving under the influence of marijuana on a local road in Budva the previous evening.
The Budva Minor Offences Court said that SD was also given a four-month driving ban, as well as the maximum number of penalty points.
