Nikšić resident sentenced to 30 days in prison: He drove with more than three per mille of alcohol in his blood in Budva

TR (47) from Nikšić was found guilty today before the Budva Misdemeanor Court and sentenced to 30 days in prison.

This, as unofficially confirmed to Vijesti, is the decision of judge Katarina Vujačić Vuksanović.

A man from Nikšić was stopped by a police patrol this morning, two hours after midnight, while driving a BMW in Budva. A breathalyzer test revealed that he was driving with a blood alcohol level of 3,25 per mille, after which he was taken to the police station.
