After a hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, ES was ordered to be detained for up to 72 hours, suspected of committing the criminal offense of theft and the criminal offense of misuse of credit cards and cashless payment cards.
"In September, the suspect seized and appropriated the wallet of the injured party RS with money in the amount of 250 euros, while in October he seized and appropriated the wallet of the injured party MS, with money in the amount of 170 euros and a bank card that he later used," said the Podgorica State Prosecutor's Office.
