Serbian citizen TJ (38), from Čačak, was sentenced to 30 days in prison.

"He was tried today in an urgent procedure in the Department in Herceg Novi. Duty judge Andrija Vojvodić made the decision after the allegations in the indictment that he had driven a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in a concentration of 1.96 g/kg the previous night in Herceg Novi were confirmed," said Marko Đukanović, President of the Budva Minor Offences Court.

After pronouncing the decision, the judge ordered that TJ be immediately sent to serve his prison sentence in UIKS.

He was also given a protective measure of a three-month driving ban, which will be enforced by the Police Directorate.
