The President of the Municipality of Mojkovac, Vesko Delić, was injured last night in an accident on the regional road Mojkovac - Đurđevića Tara, "Vijesti" learned from several sources.
"Vijesti" was told that Delić was being treated at the Bijelo Polje hospital.
According to the same information, the accident occurred at around 2.20 am, in the town of Polja, where the vehicle skidded off the roadway.
The private car involved in the accident was driven by Delić.
According to unofficial information, Delić was driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of 1,04 per mille.
"Vijesti" was told that the accident occurred due to speeding inappropriately for the conditions and state of the road.
The accident caused material damage to the vehicle and road infrastructure, including the bridge railing.
