The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of ER from Prizren for up to 72 hours on suspicion that he threatened his ex-partner MM "that blood would fall" if she did not come with him.
The Podgorica ODT announced that ER is suspected of committing the crime of domestic violence or family violence.
"On October 13, 2025, the suspect came to the family home of MM's ex-partner to convince her to come live with him in Prizren, threatening her 'that blood would fall' if she did not come out and come with him," the statement reads.
