"In order to provide precise, accurate and objective information to the public regarding the text published on the Vijesti portal under the title 'Get out of the way, a bullet is coming your way - police warn a Budva resident that he is on the list to be shot again', we inform the public of the following:

Part of the published content contained unverified information that may create a misleading image of the work and actions of police officers. Therefore, when it comes to information related to the criminal offense of aggravated murder to the detriment of IM that occurred in Podgorica on July 19, the Police Directorate, as part of the first intervention measures, informed the public in a timely manner through service announcements, and in a relatively short period of time identified and deprived the direct perpetrator of this criminal offense in Bar - the person NP

The Police Directorate undertakes all legally prescribed and permitted activities in order to minimize criminal activities, both those who plan and prepare the commission of criminal offenses, and those against whom these offenses are intended to be committed.
