The Budva Minor Offences Court in the period from January 1 to September 30 this year had a total of 15.114 cases in its work, of which 10.180 cases, or slightly more than two-thirds or 67,35 percent, were resolved.

This is stated in a statement signed by the President of the Budva Minor Offences Court, Marko Đukanović.

"A total of 11 judges acted in the court's work, and the average number of completed cases per judge is 925,45, which is on the verge of achieving the judge's quota for the entire calendar year. The court's promptness is at an extremely high level and amounts to almost 100 percent, which means that judges follow the regular influx of cases and complete the same or higher number. According to official data from the Ministry of Finance, the court collected a total of 1.624.799,33 euros in fines, procedural costs and court fees, which is an increase of 67.000 euros compared to the comparable period in 2024. The results were achieved in extremely difficult working conditions, with one judge less and a large shortage of civil servants, which is a problem that tends to become more complex if the material position of the civil service staff is not urgently improved," concluded Đukanović.
