The Skaljarci will be tried for the murder of two Serbian citizens in Danilovgrad

Members of the Škalja clan will be tried for the murder of two Serbian citizens, members of the opposing Kavač clan - Filip Marjanović and Vukašin Gošović, during 2019 in the house of one of the members of that organized crime group, Milan Brajović, in the Danilovgrad settlement of Jelenak.

This was decided by the panel of the Special Department of the Higher Court in Podgorica, which confirmed the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) filed against Emil Tuzović, Stefan Đukić Mandić, Brajović, Goran Milašinović, Stefan Janković, Ivan Čarapić and Milovan Sekulović.

"The Council of the High Court in Podgorica, by decision Kvso No. 8/25, dated October 2 this year, confirmed the indictments Kt-S No. 366/24 and Kt-S No. 172/25, dated April 1 and June 25 this year, which the Special State Prosecutor's Office filed against the accused: ET, S.Đ.M., MB, GM, I.Č. and MS and SJ, for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, against the accused: ET, S.Đ.M., MB and SJ and for the criminal offense of aggravated murder in complicity, against the accused: GM, I.Č. and MS and for aggravated murder by aiding and abetting, and against MB and MS, and for the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives," the SDT announced.

They state that both indictments relate to the activities of a criminal organization organized by the now deceased Mile Radulović, known as Kapetan, and Alana Kožar, in the second half of 2019, in Montenegro, and whose members included all the defendants, as well as the deceased Damir Hodžić and other unknown persons.

"With precisely defined roles and tasks, in order to commit the criminal offenses of murder and aggravated murder, including the murder of the injured parties FM and VG, citizens of Serbia, members of an opposing criminal organization, out of ruthless revenge for the murder of ZN, a member of his criminal organization and godfather of the accused SJ, and in a cruel manner, in the village of Jelenak, in Danilovgrad, in the house of the accused MB, while hiding their mortal remains and removing traces of the criminal offense," the statement reads.
