Berane District Court: Suspected of drunkenly threatening his mother, ordered to be detained

After a hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Berane, MB, who is suspected of the criminal offense of domestic violence or violence in a family community, was detained for up to 72 hours, the judicial institution announced.

"On October 28, 2025, in the evening, in the family house in the village of P, municipality B, while intoxicated, the suspect endangered the safety of his mother by making serious threats and insults to her, which caused her to feel afraid and threatened," the statement said.

The investigation into this case is ongoing.
