The investigating judge of the Kotor Basic Court, Špiro Pavićević, ordered the detention of up to 30 days for 50-year-old MG from Pljevlja on suspicion of sexually harassing a 14-year-old girl.
This was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Basic Court in Kotor, judge Veljko Bulatović, to "Vijesta".
As told to "Vijesti", Pavicevic questioned the defendant in the presence of his defense attorney, accepted the prosecution's proposal and ordered his detention.
Pljevljak was sent to the Supka Remand Prison.
Budva police suspect that MG sexually harassed another girl he coached in Tivat two years ago.
He is suspected of committing the act while staying in a room with an underage club member, taking advantage of his position of subordination and dependence over the woman who was entrusted to his care as a coach during his trip.
