The trial of Vaso Ulic, Ivan Delic and others accused of cocaine smuggling was postponed today at the Higher Court in Podgorica.
The defense attorney for the defendant Radovan Pantović, attorney Marko Radović, requested the disqualification of the president of the special panel, judge Nada Rabrenović.
He stated that he suspected her bias.
Radović also requested the disqualification of the President of the Higher Court in Podgorica, Zoran Radović, so that the case files will be submitted to the Court of Appeals of Montenegro.
As a reason for the judge's disqualification, he stated that he had previously filed a motion to separate the court case against his defense attorney Radovan Pantović. Since that motion was rejected, he filed a motion for disqualification today.
The indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) includes Radoje Zvicer, Vaso Ulić, Slobodan Kašćelan, Ulić's son, Nikola Ulić, Vukan Čoković Matić, Viktor Drešaj, Radomir Dobriša, Petar Miranović, Marinko Prelević, Veselin-Paro Pavličić and Mileta Božović, as well as Vuk Vulević, Radule Božović, Ivan Delić, Leon Drešaj, Dragan Pavličević, former president of the Municipality of Budva Milo Božović, Damir Mandić, Vjekoslav Lambulić and Radovan Pantović.
