The High Court Council in Podgorica confirmed the indictment filed by the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) against Dušan Boljević and Emil Tuzović, for the creation of a criminal organization and the aggravated murder of Baranin Jovan Klisić.
Velizar Gardašević was wounded in a shooting in November 2019.
"The subject of the indictment is the activities of a criminal organization of the accused and other persons, organized by an unknown person, with the aim of committing the criminal offenses of aggravated murder and murder and the most serious form of the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosives, as well as the deprivation of life of the injured party JK and the wounding of the injured party VG, with an automatic firearm, in Bar, in November 2019, out of reckless revenge and other base motives," the SDT announced.
The SDT previously filed an indictment against Stefan Đukić, for the criminal offense of aggravated murder, but also against the same defendant and the defendants Vuk L. Lakićević, Marko M. Vujadinović, Hasip B. Murić, Andrija B. Glavičanin, Bojan M. Vuksanović, Danijel B. Mandić and Zorica Đ. Đurović, for the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization, attempted murder and three criminal offenses of illegal possession of weapons and explosives, which was confirmed by the Higher Court in Podgorica, entered into legal force and the main trial is underway.
