The session of the National Security Council, which discusses the current security situation in Montenegro, with a special focus on foreign citizens residing in our country, began at 8:30 p.m., and was scheduled by the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić.
The session, as announced by the Government, is being held in accordance with the Law establishing the competence of the Council, to consider issues of importance to the state and coordinate the work of competent authorities.
Due to the importance and topicality of the topic, an invitation to participate in the session was also sent to the Supreme State Prosecutor Milorad Marković, Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović, Acting Police Director Lazar Šćepanović, Head of the SPO Predrag Šuković, and President of the Supreme Court Valentina Pavličić, according to the Government's website.
