Officers of the Criminal Police Station for Suppression of Property Crime solved two serious thefts in Podgorica and prosecuted three people, two of whom were arrested.

As announced by the Police Directorate, Podgorica residents BS (32) and MI (29) were arrested on suspicion of aggravated theft, to the detriment of the Institute of Public Health.

"It is suspected that these individuals stole a dusting gun from a secured area within the Institute on October 31st. The stolen item was found in a secondary raw materials waste dump, seized and returned to the Institute," the statement reads.

A criminal complaint was filed with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica against RM (61) on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of aggravated theft, to the detriment of one person.

"It is suspected that on October 26, RM stole a camper trailer from the injured party by attaching it to his Isuzu Trooper vehicle, with Podgorica license plates, and driving it in the direction of Kuče," it is stated.
