A group of the Skaljar clan led by the now deceased Alan Kozar i Mile Radulović Captain, first she beat members of the opposing criminal group with baseball bats Filip Marjanović i Vukašin Gošović, and then Emil Tuzovic finished off with bayonet thrusts from an automatic rifle.
Everything, according to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), happened between September 15 and 16, 2019, after these Serbian citizens were first lured to come to Montenegro, and then forcibly extracted information from them that they, as direct perpetrators, had taken the lives of members of their criminal organization. Zijad Nurković.
As stated in the SDT indictment, Tuzović, Stefan Đukić Mandić i Stefan Jankovic They did it out of greed - for a monetary compensation of 20.000 euros each.
At the end of June this year, the SDT filed an indictment against Janković in this case, after previously, in April, the accused Tuzović, Đukić Mandić, Goran Milašinović, Milan Brajović called The fuse, Ivan Carapić i Milovan Sekulović.
Crime details
The indictment states that two Serbian citizens - members of the Kavač clan - were brought to Montenegro by Milašinović through deception.
"By establishing contact with the injured party FM (Marjanović) and deceptively luring him to come from the RS to Montenegro together with the injured party VG (Gošović) under the pretext that they needed to take the lives of members of an opposing criminal organization," the text states.
It is added that Tuzović then transported the injured parties to Spuže, where Brajović and Stefan Đukić Mandić waited for them at an as-yet-unidentified commercial building: "So that the defendant B (Brajović), as a local resident, would show them the way to the village of J. (Jelenak), and then the injured parties would be transported together to the house provided in that village by the defendant MB (Brajović)."
It is alleged that Stefan Janković, Alan Kožar and Damir Hodžić were waiting for them in that house and that they immediately attacked them, trying to forcefully extort information from Marjanović and Gošović - that they had killed a member of their criminal organization, Nurković.
It is also said that they extorted other information about the activities of the opposing criminal organization, and that they exchanged messages from Marjanović's encrypted phone, in his name, with other members of the Kavača group whose contacts were stored in that device...
"After which, between 15 and 16 September 2019, in a cruel manner and out of ruthless revenge, and the defendants ET, S. Đ. M. and SJ and out of greed for monetary compensation of 20.000 euros each, deprived the victims of FM and VG of their lives, by implementing a joint decision to deprive the victims of their lives out of ruthless revenge, they inflicted several blows on the head and body with baseball bats, and the defendant ET, using the bayonet of an automatic rifle A. ... inflicted several stab wounds on the body, which resulted in the victims' death," the indictment details.
It is explained that they then jointly hid their remains "in a currently unknown location and removed traces and evidence of the crime committed", which Hodžić informed one of the organizers - Milo Radulović, known as the Captain - about a day later.

Fitilja should be squeezed and forensics sent to find out that Tuzo (Tuzović) and Manda (Đukić Mandić) were spying on him. The village of Jelovac or something like that in DG", said the Kotor resident in messages from the Sky application dated November 18, 2020.
Zvicer begins his story on this topic after Lazović tells him to be careful if he is involved in the double murder in Stanjevića rupa, when, according to special prosecutors, the people of Kavča, led by Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković, liquidated Damir Hodžić and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, kidnapped the Captain, and later took his own life...
"Which guys from BG?", asks Lazović.
"That Filip and Vukašin... They are buried there somewhere. The wick should be pressed," the head of the Kavač clan teaches him.
Lazović again asks for clarification regarding whether those guys were killed and tortured "at Fitilj's home" and receives an affirmative answer, with the explanation that "Fitilj will be released tomorrow" (from prison).
"To DG to the village, to the place of Jelovac," the policeman asks again, and the head of the clan repeats to him that he did and that the murder took place in Brajović's house.

The policeman then tries to get information about the double murder that took place in Stanjevića Rupa a month and a few days before that correspondence, but Zvicer gives him false information about the fact that the skalars were setting each other up...
They kidnapped and killed according to the same recipe
Using the same "recipe", members of the Kavača criminal group also liquidated one of the high-ranking members of the Skaljari gang, Milo Radulović Kapetan.
According to the prosecution, he was first lured, kidnapped, and then they extorted numerous pieces of information from him before killing him and burning his body on Lovćen.
Radulović was abducted on October 14, 2020 - from that day he was held, tortured and forced to cooperate.
During almost two months of abuse, they forced him to reveal information about "scammers" and, via an encrypted phone, lure people into ambushes...
The SDT claims that he was strangled with an electrical cable after all, and then his lifeless body was burned on Lovćen.
