The Court of Appeals today announced a verdict finding the defendant VV guilty and sentencing him to eight years in prison for unlawful sexual acts.
That court announced that they had accepted the appeals of the prosecution and the attorney of the injured party.
The Court of Appeal thus overturned the verdict of the Higher Court in Podgorica, which acquitted VV of the charges for the aforementioned criminal offense.
