The Berane police have filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Nikšić against the company "S." doo from Nikšić and AS (48), the manager of that company, for abuse of position in business operations in conjunction with forgery of documents, the Police Directorate (UP) announced today.
As stated in the statement, the police filed a criminal complaint and are conducting intensified activities aimed at combating all forms of economic crime.
"They committed the criminal offenses they are charged with in such a way that AS, as the responsible person in the aforementioned legal entity, created a false invoice for a passenger motor vehicle imported from the Republic of Slovenia and cleared the vehicle at the Nikšić customs office, based on a forged invoice and invoice, avoiding obligations to the state of Montenegro for the used vehicle program from Slovenia, thus obtaining unlawful material gain for themselves," the UP statement states.
