The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica submitted a request to the Nikšić Court for the initiation of misdemeanor proceedings against ST, regarding posts containing hate speech based on intolerance expressed in the form of nationalism.
These are announcements regarding the events of October 26th in Zabjelo in Podgorica, when one person was injured.
The prosecutor's office statement states that ST committed a violation under the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination.
