The police filed a criminal complaint against Z.Đ.D (34) with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Rožaje on suspicion that she had illegally obtained 2.000 euros for herself by abusing her position in a company.
"Police activities undertaken in the previous period indicate the suspicion that Z.Đ.D., as a person employed in a business company - business center, abusing her position or trust in terms of disposing of other people's property - the employer's property, illegally reduced the number of items entered into the payment system when scanning items at the payment terminal, while charging customers the full price of the items. In this way, she is suspected of obtaining unlawful material gain in the amount of approximately 2.000 euros in the period from May to August 2025," the Police Directorate said in a statement.
She is suspected of committing the criminal offense of abuse of position in business operations.
The police said that their officers continue their activities aimed at detecting, preventing and combating all forms of economic crime, in order to reduce the harmful consequences for the budget, combat the shadow economy, enable legal operations for law-abiding companies, and strengthen the rule of law.
