The police have filed a criminal complaint against MR from Bijelo Polje on suspicion that he violated the official seal on the warehouse, removed the protective tape around the auxiliary building, and then illegally continued the construction of the building, the Police Directorate (UP) announced today.
The statement states that a criminal complaint was filed against MR on suspicion that he committed the crime of removing and violating an official seal and emblem, and that officers of the Regional Security Center "North" - Bijelo Polje Security Department were undertaking activities to suppress illegal construction, aimed at preserving legality and protecting public interests.
"It is suspected that MR, as an investor of the warehouse space in Bijelo Polje, violated the official seal placed on this facility by an officer of the Housing and Communal Affairs Inspectorate in June 2025, as well as that he removed the protective tapes around the auxiliary facility, and that he then illegally continued the construction of the said facility. A criminal complaint against MR was filed with the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje in the regular procedure," the UP statement reads.
