The Bijelo Polje police have filed a criminal complaint against BM (46) from Bijelo Polje on suspicion that he forged a certificate of settled tax and contribution obligations and used it when submitting an application for the right to a subsidy for persons with disabilities, the Police Directorate (UP) announced today.
The statement states that a criminal complaint was filed against him on suspicion of committing the crime of forging a document.
"He is suspected of committing this crime by forging a certificate of settled tax and contribution obligations and using it when submitting an application for the right to a subsidy for persons with disabilities to the Employment Agency of Montenegro - Fund for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities. A criminal complaint has been filed against BM in the regular procedure," the statement reads.
