BT (45) from Budva was sentenced to 15 days in prison for driving with a blood alcohol level of 2,45 per mille.
"He was tried on the basis of an indictment by the Police Directorate, after he was brought to court within the legally prescribed time limit. The judge on duty, Magdalena Mijić, imposed a four-month driving ban on him, as well as the maximum number of penalty points, which will be enforced by the Police Directorate upon the finality of the decision," announced the President of the Budva Minor Offences Court, Marko Đukanović.
